📦 Digital Product – No Refund Policy
All leads purchased through our platform are digital products delivered immediately via email and dashboard access.
As these are intangible and consumable digital services, we do not offer refunds once a lead has been purchased.
✅ Valid Cases for Partial Credit (Rare Exceptions)
We only consider partial credit (not refunds) under the following conditions:
- The lead’s contact number is invalid or unreachable
- The lead information (like city/project type) is completely mismatched from what was promised
- You report the issue within 24 hours of purchase via email
👉 To request credit, email us at getinteriorleads@gmail.com with:
- Your Order ID
- The lead details
- A short explanation of the issue
Our team will verify and may offer a replacement lead or store credit at our sole discretion.
Once we get your returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection.
→ If the item meets all eligibility criteria, we’ll initiate your refund or exchange as per our Refund Policy.
Return Pickup: Scheduled within 2-4 business days from approval (based on location).
→ Replacement Dispatch: Shipped within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item and will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
❌ We Do Not Offer Refunds If:
- You contacted the lead late and they no longer need services
- You didn’t follow up properly
- The lead was shared with other designers (as clearly mentioned)
- You purchased by mistake
*Refund will be credited with in 7-10 working days in case of any emergency
⏳ How Many Designers Get a Lead?
Each lead is shared with a maximum of 3 verified professionals, and this is clearly mentioned on the platform. We do not refund purchases due to competition or non-conversion.
